Pete Cohen

I'm the founder of Collaborate and Deliver, based in Melbourne, Australia. My background spans psychology, communication, technology, and business — which means I tend to end up in the spaces between disciplines, helping people bridge gaps and find shared purpose.

Over the past decade, I've worked with organisations from startups to multinationals — designing innovation programs, building product teams, facilitating executive strategy sessions, and coaching leaders through transformation. I'm a licensed Strategyzer facilitator, an associate with Boundaryless (working on platform and ecosystem strategy), and I work with the Conversation Design Institute on conversational AI assessment.

I also co-founded the charity Flying Robot School, a co-steward of ECOH (Employee and Community Ownership Hub), and a musician — writing and performing with Smith & Cohen.

I believe the best consulting happens when you combine genuine curiosity, practical frameworks, and the willingness to say what needs to be said.
